Veils Or No Veils?

persundresses.com
All the brides desire to game an elegant hairstyle on her wedding ceremony that specialize her personality the same as her gorgeous mature brides wedding gowns do. Hair accessories are the essential part of it. But how do you like a veil? Some don’t pay much attention to that small tiny thing, but if it goes well with your wedding dress, that will only make you look better. What’s 2013 hair accessories trend then? Here are some excellent ideas for you.
Wedding veils were once donned as protection from evil spirits. In more recent times, the veil has symbolized chastity, and, like the white wedding dress, festivity and fun.
Whether or not you wear a veil is up to you, as there are no longer strict rules regarding the accessory. It does help to understand the etiquette, especially if you are having a formal ceremony, or are worried about what great-grandmother might think. While once taboo to wear a veil for a second marriage, that rule no longer applies.
Should you decide to wear a veil, make sure any ornamentation starts below the detailing on the unique wedding dress, they don’t compete for attention and don’t clash.
However, it’s common to forgo the Cathedral-length wedding veils, which go down to the floor and are associated with virginity and first-time marriage, in favor of something shorter, like a Blusher, which covers only the bride’s face. Another popular option for all brides is the Flyaway, which ends at the shoulder. Fingertip veils end, you guessed it, just above the fingers.
It seems wedding veils are not so popular these days. Veils do enjoy much popularity in the past days. But, if you decide to wear veil it’s better to make it simple veil. One tier veil is more preferred than sophisticated three tier veil. However keep in mind that the hair should never be longer than the veil itself. Tiara’s, jewels, flowers and pearls are still popular as wedding hair accessories. Use these accessories to compliment the color scheme of your dress and to emphasize your hairstyle.

Wedding Planning Tips---Choosing The Right Theme Color

Quite often the first thing that couples think about when considering the setting design of their wedding day is the colors they will use. Soft, blush shades will help to bring to life a dreamy, romantic look whilst strong jewel shades might be more appropriate for a bolder day full of vibrancy. However, it’s important to think about your theme color in the context of a number of other elements and so PersunDresses shares our top tips for finding the perfect tones for your day:
Follow Your Original Wedding Design Concept
It’s tempting to jump straight in and think about colors but the most natural palette will fall out of a solid design concept. As you search for inspiration, look for colors that you are consistently drawn to. Play around with different combinations and consider how they make you feel and whether they fit with your wedding day style.
As you narrow your inspirations down to create a mood board, look to see which colors are naturally coming through. These should form the basis of your color palette.

Read The Psychology of Color
Colors have an amazing ability to evoke strong psychological responses and can affect both moods and emotions so you may want to think about what you are communicating through your color palette. A strong cherry red for example is typically associated with vibrancy, excitement and passion so could be the perfect accent color for a fun, energetic day or perhaps a more sultry and high-end glamour look. Think back to the type of day you’re trying to create and consider whether the colors you are looking at fit naturally into your vision.

Take Your Wedding Venue Into Consideration
Think about the colors that exist within your venue; are the walls, carpets and décor in natural shades or bright, vibrant colors? It’s important to make sure that you select a palette that complements your venue. This will avoid too many colors fighting for attention and often means you can invest less in décor by making the most of what is already there.

Stay In Calm

Have the confidence to put together colors that work for you and evoke a strong emotional reaction. Unexpected color combinations like mint and buttercup yellow can look stunning so don’t be afraid to experiment. Similarly, the seasons are quite often used as a guide for determining your color palette but just because you’re getting married in Spring doesn’t mean you can’t opt for stronger shades if that is what best brings to life your vision.

Create Your Personal Color
By considering all of the above you should now have a few key colors that you’d like to work with. Now we need to transform those few colors into a full palette, giving you a range of complementary shades and tones. Remember, working with just one color which you religiously match everything to will create a look which is very contrived – not to mention probably drive you mad in the process! We’re aiming for a more natural, seemingly effortless but oh-so-stylish look.
First off, identify one or two leading colors. Remember they may be your hero colors but that doesn’t mean you have to use them everywhere. For bright, vibrant shades in particular you can have too much of a good thing so use them sparingly as an accent color where they will have maximum impact.
Remember to think about your supporting acts in the color palette; neutral tones like creams, taupes, fawns and greys can all add a depth and effortless look to your final design. If you’re unsure about selecting these colors then refer back to your mood board; what are the background shades that are working with the main players?
You are aiming for a final palette of complementary colors – they don’t have to all be the same shade but they should work comfortably as a set. If you’re unsure about your color combination then Pinterest is a fabulous resource for searching for different color palettes.

Colors can look very different on screen and are hugely open to interpretation (if I say purple for instance, do I mean a soft lilac or a deep, rich aubergine?) so once you’ve got a good idea of the color palette you want, it can be useful to either get a reference from a Pantone chart book or pop to your local fabric or DIY shop to pick up fabric swatches or paint color charts which you can use as a physical reference point to share with suppliers.
And don’t forget, the above tips are designed merely to give you a clue about where to get started. Don’t let them lead your whole way. Ultimately, your color palette should flow naturally from the work you have already done around defining your wedding day style and your design concept so focus on finding a palette that evokes the emotional response that you’re looking for on your big day. Just show your personality and create the precious memories peculiar to you and your other half.

TOP 5 BRIDAL MAKE UP DOS & DON’TS

Don’t be afraid to try new looks
The first thing I would say about your wedding makeup is don’t be afraid to try a few looks before you’ve decided on what you’d like to do and be sure to leave enough time to do this.

Do have a make up trial before the big day
Have a few trials with a makeup artist or a makeup counter. Most freelance makeup artists will offer a bridal trial separate to the actual wedding day. It’s not a con to take your money! The trial is so important. Both for the makeup artist and for you.
Having the chance to try different looks means that on the day you are going to be feeling confident and happy in the knowledge that the look you are wearing is right for you and is going to last!
Alternatively MAC do a service where you pay £50 ($78) to have a bridal lesson but the money is redeemed against products at the end. The artist does one side of your face, step by step with you doing the other. This way you really see how to use the brushes and makeup. It’s definitely worth having a play with different looks and then wearing them for the whole day.
Do have your trial in the morning  so you can see how your make up lasts
Have an appointment in the morning so you can really see how the products wear through out the day. The make up might look perfect when you first have it applied, but see how it wears after lunch!
Do take a photo
Take a photo in natural daylight with a digital camera (not a camera phone) as soon as you have had a makeup trial. The makeup needs to look good on camera as well as face to face. The camera doesn’t lie! It also doesn’t help to get a close friend’s opinion. Or a sister’s. They never lie either!
Do ‘Be You’
Lastly I would just advise that the makeup you choose suits you. As in your personality, your confidence, what you like. Never wear eye makeup or false lashes? Perhaps try it to see what you like but don’t be afraid to ask for a very “natural” makeup.
You are going to look back on those photos for years and years to come. There is already immense pressure on us to look fabulous on the big day! The last thing you want is to be wearing makeup that just doesn’t “feel right”.
Remember to follow these advice in order to make sure you will have a perfect wedding. It is always great to try new looks. Because that will help you discover what you like and what you absolutely don't like. In other words, you have to try on cute high low prom dresses and a red backless prom dress to compare, no matter whether you have wear that style before. Comparison leads to easy decisions. So don't be afraid to try new things. That feeling of not looking like the "you" is always of so much fun. Therefore, work with your make up consultant for your big day or make new experience by yourself, thus discover the perfect looks that feels right for you. Above all, do allow yourself enough time to figure that out is very important though. Or having a back up plan is also very nice.

Wedding Planning---Start From The Flower

short white wedding dresses cheap

Today, brides and grooms use wedding flowers to decorate their big day with personal style. Don’t know where to get started? Find a reliable floral designer. Here's a three-step guide to getting (and working with) a first- class florist.

Find a Florist....Been to a wedding or party with fabulous flowers? Ask the hosts for the florist's name. Your wedding site manager can give you names, too. If the florist has worked in the space before, he or she will have a good sense of the dynamics (high ceilings beg for tall table arrangements, while splendid Gothic interiors call for subtle palettes).
Allow Plenty of Time...Reserve your florist three to six months in advance. Allow even more time if the florist is very popular, or if you're marrying during high season (June through September).
Do Your Research...If you're no expert in flower types and terminology, visit your local bookstore or library and look for books about flower arranging. Pinpoint designs you like and flowers you favor. Bring these books (or color copies of specific arrangements) with you when you meet with your florist.

In a word, if you want a perfect wedding, you have to invest enough time, energy and money into it. If you do make such sacrifice, all the things you have devoted will absolutely pay you back. Hope these small steps will help to some degree.
